• Preferably send your “notice of claim” in writing—briefly describing what you believe may be a problem—AND enclose a copy of your title policy or at least your title policy number.  You may also call our office and follow-up with a letter.  If you call, contact Tyla Beach, Claims Administrator, at 405-552-7786.

First American Title will investigate the claim to see whether the claim is covered and whether there is a loss under the policy.

Once First American Title has determined that your claim is covered under your policy, First American Title will choose from several options in order to resolve the claim.
