Independent Agents

First American Title is represented in all New Mexico counties through a network of qualified independent title agents that work closely with our state agency office to maintain professional standards of service to our clients.

In those counties where First American Title is not able to issue a title insurance policy, our experienced independent agent is used to issue the title insurance policy and/or used in the closing of escrow. When service is required in a city or county represented by an independent agent, our state agency office should be contacted to assist you in the placement of the order.
